  • 「プラスチック」に匹敵する強度を実現しつつ、「紙」の質感と生産性を活かした材

    Material that harnesses the texture and productivity of "paper" while achieving strength equivalent to "plastic"

    “Paper Joint Basket”の部材は、ノベルティなどをつくる際によく使われる「貼合(合紙)」と「型抜」の加工技術を用いて生産しています。ただし、従来よりもはるかに複雑な抜型と、硬く厚い材をパンチアウトするためのパワーを要し、金属用の機械に置き換えたり、刃の形状を調整したりしながら、日常使いに十分な強度と、目指していた品質に到達しました。

    The components of the "Paper Joint Basket" are produced using processing techniques commonly employed in creating novelties, such as "adhesion" and "die-cutting". However, the process required far more power due to significantly more intricate die shapes and the need to punch out thicker and harder materials. This necessitated the use of machinery typically used for metalworking and adjustments to the blade shapes. Through these adaptations, we achieved the desired strength for everyday use and the quality we aimed for.
