Spinning warm memories in a single piece

生地メーカーのナカモリと共に開発したガーゼケットブランド“BLANKED”の製品デザインを担当しました。「ガーゼケットは赤ちゃんが使うもの」という既存イメージを払拭できるよう、親と子それぞれに向けたラインナップを展開。また、「ガーゼケットとは、時を経て自分や家族にとっての“あったかい記憶”になるもの」というブランドの根幹を担うフィロソフィーを体現すべく、日常使いしやすい素朴な佇まいの中に、記憶に定着しやすい色・柄を配した体裁を計画しました。

We were in charge of the product design for the gauze blanket brand "BLANKED," developed in collaboration with fabric manufacturer Nakamori. To dispel the existing perception that gauze blankets are for babies, we expanded our lineup targeting both parents and children. Moreover, to embody the brand's core philosophy that gauze blankets evolve into 'warm memories' for oneself and one's family over time, we planned a design that incorporated simple, everyday aesthetics with colors and patterns that are easily memorable and resonate with those memories.
